Jury in murder case resumes deliberations Thursday morning

KAMLOOPS — The jury in the murder trial of a 58-year old Kamloops man will resume deliberations this morning after failing to reach a verdict yesterday.

The jury is deliberating the fate of Stephen George Fraser, charged in the February, 2017, death of 26 year old Cody Foster.

Foster died in an RV Park in the Dallas area. 

Fraser says he was acting in self-defence. 

Jury instructions wound up yesterday morning, and the jury began their deliberations, but had not reached a verdict by last night.
