Man arrested in Barnhartvale property crime spree appears in court, granted bail

KAMLOOPS — A man arrested and charged in relation to a rash of property crime in Barnhartvale made a court appearance today.

33 year old Timothy Cole is facing a single count of possession of stolen property under $5,000.

Cole was arrested on June 24 after police raided a home at 6500-block of Barnhartvale Road, finding stolen property there.

Earlier in June, the home had been heavily damaged by fire.

At the Kamloops courthouse today, a provincial court justice granted Cole bail.
