Kamloops RCMP execute search warrant for stolen property on site of earlier fire

KAMLOOPS — A Kamloops man was arrested over the weekend following the execution of a search warrant at a home in the 6500-block of Barnhartvale Road.
Police searched the home on Sunday morning and found four adults on the property.
“Three of the adults were detained and released later at the scene,” says Kamloops RCMP Cpl. Jodi Shelkie. “One of the adults, a 33 year old male from Kamloops, was arrested and released later in the day with a future court date. He was previously known to police.”
An undisclosed amount of stolen property was also recovered by police.
