KAMLOOPS — Moving van rental company U-Haul says Kamloops has fallen eleven spots on its list of Canadian cities where people are moving.

U-Haul says the Tournament Capital fell to a No. 39 ranking in 2017, after a 21 per cent year-over-year decrease in one-way arrivals in Kamloops.

The full top-10 list will be revealed on July 1, the day U-Haul considers one of the top days for moving in the year.

Kelowna came in at No. 19 on U-Haul’s list, and other B.C. cities on the list included Vancouver at No. 10, Surrey at No. 20, Abbotsford at No. 33, Nanaimo at No. 35, North Vancouver at No. 43 and Langley at No. 45.
