Blazers sign third player from 2018 bantam draft

KAMLOOPS — The Blazers have signed a third pick from this springs bantam draft.

Forward Caedan Bankier was their third round pick.

Bankier played last season with the Burnaby Winter Club bantam prep team, scoring 16 goals and 28 points in 30 games.

The 5-10, 145 pound Bankier will attend the B.C. Under-16 provincial camp this summer and will play the coming season with the Bunraby Winter Club midget prep team.

The Blazers have signed their top three picks from the 2018 bantam draft —- first round Logan Stankoven and second round Logan Bairos were signed last week.
