Another rescue near Revelstoke

KAMLOOPS — Less than a week after Revelstoke Search and Rescue pulled two lost snowmobilers from Boulder Mountain, they were out again over the past 24 hours to find three more.

RCMP were called late yesterday afternoon about a lost sledder who also couldn’t find his two partners.

Searchers last evening found the first man but suspended their search for the other two until this morning.

Both men, from Alberta, were found this morning.

They were picked up via long-line with a local helicopter due to avalanche conditions and medical concerns.
