Big weekend for Kamloops teams at men’s ball hockey nationals

KAMLOOPS — It was a great weekend for three Kamloops teams at the Canadian men’s Ball Hockey Nationals in Kelowna.

Andrew Henderson scored the lone goal in the Blackjacks 1-0 win over Montreal to win gold in “C” division.

In division “D” the Nordiques took bronze with a 4-0 win over Saskatoon.

Tyler Ramsey had a hattrick.

In division “B” the Jets just missed out on the medals, losing 4-3 to Calgary in the bronze medal game.
