Can you identify this 100 Mile House fuel thief?

100 MILE HOUSE, B.C. — The District of 100 Mile House would like the public to take a look at some grainy surveillance photos in hopes they can help identify a fuel thief.

According to local RCMP, the person in the footage entered the 100 Mile House water treatment plant early on the morning of Dec. 28, stealing a quantity of fuel.

Description:

• Wearing a heavy coat, dark hood, thick or heavy style pants, gloves and a face covering
• Carrying a five-gallon jerry can
• Wearing a dark backpack

Anyone who may recognize the suspect is asked to contact 100 Mile House RCMP at (250) 395-2456 or Crime Stoppers at 1 (800) 222-8477.
