Water conservation notice extended for east Kamloops residents as crews work along River Street
KAMLOOPS — People living in east Kamloops are still being asked to conserve water as crews continue to work on repairs after a water main valve failure that was discovered over the weekend escalated into a water main break.
The advisory applies to residents east of Rose Hill Road in the neighbourhoods of Barnhartvale, Campbell Creek, Dallas, Juniper Ridge, Rose Hill and Valleyview.
Work is taking place on River Street between 13th and 14th Avenue near the Kamloops Centre for Water Quality, where there will be a single lane of alternating traffic until further notice.
