Music for the People returns for its second year at Tk’emlups Powwow Arbour

KAMLOOPS — After a successful inaugural event in 2022, organizers are hoping Music for the People is even bigger this year.
The concert, taking place this Sunday evening at the Tk’emlups Powwow Arbour, will see local musicians of Indigenous and non-Indigenous backgrounds performing together.
In addition to the Margit Sky Project, performers will include members of the Kamloops Symphony, Sage Hills Singers as well as drummers and dancers.
The event is free for anyone to attend, with donations accepted for a variety of local charities.
