Storm season on the ropes, Heat win on the road

KAMLOOPS — The Kamloops Storm stuck with the Revelstoke Grizzlies for two periods before the Grizzlies pulled out a win with their specialty teams.

Revelstoke scored one on the power play and another shorthanded in the third period for a 3-1 win and a 3-0 lead in the first round playoff series.

Chris Thon had opened the scoring for the Storm with a first period power play goal.

Game four is tonight at McArthur Island.

Chase defeated 100 Mile 4-2.
