RCMP questionnaire targeting Muslims ‘unacceptable: Canada’s refugee minister

VANCOUVER — Canada’s immigration minister says an RCMP questionnaire that appears to single out Muslim asylum seekers is unacceptable.

Ahmed Hussen says the document, which is no longer in use, is inconsistent with Canadian values to treat everyone equally.

RCMP confirm Richmond homicide victim was at Kamloops gangland murder

KAMLOOPS — Kamloops RCMP are confirming a man found dead in Richmond this week was present at the murder of gang kingpin Konaam Shirzad in Kamloops.

30 year old Ibrahim Amjad Ibrahim was found shot to death in Richmond's Garden City Park on Tuesday.
