Standoff suspect due back in court Nov. 20

KAMLOOPS — The suspect at the centre of a lengthy standoff at the G & M Trailer Park is due to make his next court appearance in about two weeks. 

35-year-old Shane Caron appeared by video Monday on a long list of charges related to the Oct. 27 incident. 

Caron was charged with 13 offences, including four counts of attempted murder, after allegedly shooting at officers and later refusing to leave a mobile home for nearly 17 hours. 

All of his files have been adjourned to Nov. 20 for a bail hearing.
