Sun Rivers Golf Course sold, development plans announced

KAMLOOPS — A group of local investors has reached an agreement to purchase Sun Rivers Golf Course.
Ranchero Enterprises is led by Bill Amy, and has signed a ‘Letter of Intent’ to buy the course, which includes a pro shop and Hoodoos Restaurant.
The group plans to expand, including a six-hole, par three course, pickleball courts, and renovations to the sand bunkers and the restaurant.
The sale is anticipated to close in late October.
