Stan Lee’s Partner Arrested

Stan Lee‘s business partner Keya Morgan was arrested for filing a false police report, according to The Hollywood Reporter. His bail was set at $20,000, and he is due back in court on July 2^nd.

Morgan taken into custody by the LAPD‘s Hollywood Division. Police did not reveal details of his arrest, but it is suspected to be connected to allegations that the 95-year-old Marvel icon was confronted at his home by two gunman demanding money earlier this month.

In April, THR wrote a lengthy expose detailing the alleged abuse Lee has undergone since his wife of 70 years died last July. Lee has reportedly been stuck in the middle of a war for control over his vast estate among his managers and various other associated.

Days before Morgan’s arrest Lee posted a video on Twitter saying Morgan was the only associate he trusted. “My only partner and business manager is @KeyaMorgan, not all the other people making false claims,” the post read, along with the video.
In February, Lee signed a document that THR obtained claiming J.C. was attempted to extract money from him and tat men with “bad intentions,” including Morgan and his daughter, were attempting to “gain control over my assets, property and money.”
