GABRIEL LUNA IS NEW TERMINATOR: He’ll be back! The search for a new Terminator star to take over the first Jim Cameron approved reboot since the 1984 original is complete. Director Tim Miller and Cameron (who is exec producing) have announced that Gabriel Luna is stepping into the role. Luna is best known for his work on the ABC superhero series Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Natalia Reyes and Diego Boneta have also signed on to star. AGYNESS DEYN, GAYLE RANKIN JOIN HER SMELL: Elisabeth Moss is being joined by Agyness Deyn and Glow star Gayle Rankin in the punk rock feature Her Smell. Moss is set to portray the troubled, drug-addled lead singer Becky Something, while Deyn will take on the role of her BFF Marielle. Rankin will play the sober drummer. Alex Ross Perry wrote and will direct the feature.

LIN-MANUEL MIRANDA DUCK TALES DEBUT SET: Lin-Manuel Miranda will make his first bow as Gizmoduck (aka Fenton Crackshell-Cabrera) on the Emmy-nominated Duck Tales May 11th. “I’m really excited that a new generation of kids will be growing up with DuckTales,” Miranda said. “As a huge fan of the original series, I love that I can share this new version with my sons.” The Disney Channel is kicking off its first ever “Duck Week” on May 6th. The Miranda episode of DuckTales premieres Friday, May 11, at 8 pm ET/PT on on Disney Channel and DisneyNOW.

NETFLIX RENEWS ON MY BLOCK: The teen dramedy On My Block is getting a second season on Netflix. The first batch of episodes dropped a month ago, and the collaboration between Awkward creator Lauren Lungerich and writers Eddie Gonzalez and Jeremy Haft is getting rave reviews. The show chronicles the comedic adventures of a diverse, smart group of high-schoolers from South Central L.A.

INCREDIBLES 2 TRAILER DROPS: Mom is fighting crime and dad is tackling the home front in the new trailer for Incredibles 2 from Disney/Pixar. The story follows the Parr family with baby Jack-Jack’s new superpower presenting dad Bob with some seriously fiery challenges. Meanwhile, mom Helen has her work cut out with the villain The Underminer. Voices come courtesy of Holly Hunter (mom, Elastigirl), Craig T. Nelson (dad, Mr. Incredible), Sarah Vowell (Violet) and Huck Milner (Dash). Disney/Pixar’s Incredibles 2 takes a bow nationwide June 15.
