RHONY STAR LUANN DE LESSEPS ACCUSES RUSSELL SIMMONS OF GROPING HER: Real Housewives of New York City star Luann de Lesseps is claiming that Russell Simmons groped her. The music mogul has been accused by several women of sexual misconduct. De Lesseps told The Daily Beast: “He grabbed my a– in an elevator, he was just a pig. I haven’t told anybody about that before. I was grossed out. I was like ‘How dare you.’ He invaded me, he took advantage of me, being who he is, thinking he is all ‘it,’ all everything. He thought he could just do that. I looked at him and said, ‘Don’t ever do that again.’” Simmons denies all allegations. (The Daily Beast)
PARIS HILTON & NICOLE RITCHIE REUNITE: Whoa! Sworn besties-turned-enemies Paris Hilton and Nicole Ritchie appear to have mended fences. The Simple Life stars ran into each other at The Daily Front Row‘s fourth annual Fashion Los Angeles Awards Sunday and they both seemed genuinely happy to see each other. Both women presented awards, with Hilton honoring Philipp Plein as Fashion Rebel, and Richie honoring Jamie Mizrahi with Best Design Debut. (E! News)
CHUCK MCCANN DEAD AT 83: The voice of Cocoa Puffs (“I’m cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs”), Chuck McCann, died Sunday at age 83. The comedian and voice actor died of congestive heart failure. He was raised in the biz, spending much of childhood at his father’s side as he led the band at New York’s Roxy Theatre. Through his family (his father performed in Buffalo Bill‘s Wild West Show), McCann was exposed to all manners of entertainment. He got his start working on children’s programs like Lunch With Soupy Sales and The Captain Kangaroo Show, and graduated to work as a character actor on shows like Bonanza and Little House on the Prairie. BLAC CHYNA PREPARES TO FIGHT ROB KARDASHIAN FOR CUSTODY: Blac Chyna isn’t got to let a scuffle at Six Flags get in the way with her time with baby Dream, according to TMZ. Her lawyer Walter Mosley told the website that Chyna’s altercation at Six Flags (she reportedly menaced a woman who touched Dream with a stroller) shouldn’t affect her custody agreement with Rob Kardashian. He is reportedly attempting to wrench time away from her, claiming her behavior put their child in harm’s way. (TMZ)
