Kamloops real estate market surged forward in September

KAMLOOPS — September was another strong month for the Kamloops real estate market.

New statistics released by the Kamloops and District Real Estate Association show 302 homes changed hands last month, an eight per cent increase from September of 2016.

Those 302 sales represented a dollar volume of $115.3 million, an 18 per cent bump from the same month last year.

The neighbourhoods seeing the most activity were Brocklehurst and Sahali.
