Blazers short training camp wraps up today, then it’s cut down

KAMLOOPS —  A short Blazers training camp will wrap up this morning at McArthur Island with three more scrimmage games.

After that the roster will be cut to 40 players for tomorrow nights Blue-White game.

In the first of three scrimmages last night on the first day of main camp Nic Holowko scored three times to lead Team Black to a 5-3 win over Team Orange.

17-year old Brodi Stuart, trying to make the roster as a rookie, helped his team Grey to a pair of wins.

Stuart scored the winner in a shootout in a 2-1 win over Team Black and then had a goal in a 5-3 win over Team Orange.
