Blazers legends Doan and Iginla on their NHL futures

KAMLOOPS — The three highest profile free agents still left on the NHL market are all in their 40’s, but feel they still have something left in the tank.

45-year old Jaromir Jagr has received one offer, that we know of —– but it’s from the minor league ECHL.

Jarome Iginla and Shane Doan were among Blazers legends at Rivershore today for the Blazers alumni golf tournament.

Iginla, who turned 40 on July 1, and Doan, who will be 41 in October, would both still like to play, but the offers haven’t exactly been pouring in.
