Highway 97 now open near Cache Creek following accident

CACHE CREEK, B.C. — According to DriveBC Highway 97 has now re-opened as of 8:30pm.

Earlier: Highway 97 is closed north of Cache Creek due to an accident. 

According to Drive BC, the highway is closed at the junction with Highway 99 to Clinton with no detour available.

In a video sent in to CFJC Today, an air ambulance can be seen circling the area at around 4:30 p.m.
