Basics for Babies event a huge success

The final numbers are in, and it’s being hailed the best ever B-100 Basics For Babies event.

The 9th annual fundraiser for the Kamloops Food Bank’s youngest clients, helped raise over 55-thousand dollars in monetary donations, and collect over 2-thousand dollars worth of diapers, baby food, cereal, formula, and other baby supplies. 

Last year 8-hundred children under the age of five – accessed the Kamloops Food Bank. The Basics For Babies fundraiser helps keep the shelves stocked through the year for those families in need.
