Columbia Street Construction Nears Completion

Access to second avenue, via left turn from Columbia Street has been cut off. The popular short cut for commuters travelling towards downtown is no longer an option. Capital Projects Manager for the City, Darren Crundwell says the decision to limit access from the eastbound lanes was made for safety reasons.
