Kamloops Mounties urging PIN caution after reported bank card thefts
KAMLOOPS– Kamloops RCMP have issued a reminder to the public to be cautious when punching in a debit or credit card PIN, after two incidents of reported card theft and fraud.
“Just last week (Aug. 20), we had an incident where a PIN number was obtained and then it was followed by a distraction theft, in which the person’s financial records were stolen and then used,” says Kamloops RCMP’s, Cpl. Crystal Evelyn.

- Wearing a white short, shorts, and a camp ball cap
