Kamloops Storm lay waste to Wranglers Saturday

100 MILE HOUSE, B.C. — The Kamloops Storm got back in the Kootenay International Junior Hockey League win column Saturday night (Feb. 10) with a 5-2 victory over the Wranglers in 100 Mile House.
The Storm got goals from five different players and fired 50 shots on 100 Mile goalie Ivan Tolsma, including a 23-shot first period barrage. Dawson Holitzki made 25 saves for Kamloops.
With the win, the Storm improved to 30-11-0-1 on the season for 61 points, good for a tie with Sicamous for second place in the Doug Birks Division, six points behind Revelstoke.
The Wranglers drop to 10-27-2-3 for 25 points, tied for last in the division.
