WolfPack fall to Calgary Dinos

CALGARY — The Thompson Rivers WolfPack men’s and women’s basketball team were in Calgary this weekend to face the Dinos. After losing on Friday (Jan.12) night, TRU couldn’t secure a victory yesterday (Jan.13).
The women lost 110-31. Rookie Sydney Vollrath amassed a career-high 14 points for TRU, going 6-10 from the floor, including 2-4 from behind the arc.
In the meantime, the men fell short 79-77 to the Dinos. The loss was the third time this season that TRU has fallen by five points or less.
The ‘Pack will now travel to Kelowna to face the UBC Okanagan Heat next weekend.
