WATCH: City of Kamloops celebrates the end of Spooky Season with annual pumpkin smash event

KAMLOOPS — As October comes to a close, and spooky season ends, thousands of pumpkins need to be disposed of.

That’s why the City of Kamloops took the page out of the delinquent teenager handbook and held a pumpkin-smashing event at McArthur Island Park on Saturday.

CFJC News was there to capture the sights and sounds of the event.
