RCMP: Youths attempt to set bush on fire in east Kamloops

KAMLOOPS — Three youths reportedly attempted to set a bush on fire in the Dallas area Saturday (July 17) evening.

Kamloops RCMP said they received the report at about 9:36 p.m. Saturday.

Officers located three young people believed to be associated with the complaint in the 2000-block of Harper Road, discussed their actions, took them home and spoke with their parents.

No damage or signs of fire were located.
