Twelve more deaths, 694 more COVID-19 cases in B.C. including 82 in Interior
VICTORIA — B.C. health officials are reporting 694 new cases of COVID-19 Thursday (Dec. 3), and new cases within Interior Health are continuing to pop up at an elevated rate.
Provincial Health Officer Dr. Bonnie Henry reported 82 of today’s new cases within Interior Health.
The new COVID-19 cases bring the provincial total to 35,422, spread through B.C. as follows:
- 9,278 — Vancouver Coastal (up by 114)
- 22,472 — Fraser Health (up by 465)
- 669 — Island Health (up by 10)
- 1,981 — Interior Health (up by 82)
- 928 — Northern Health (up by 23)
- 95 — Reside outside of Canada (unchanged)
