Britney Spears and the Tiger King

One of Britney Spears’ most iconic moments is tied to Netflix’s hit Tiger King series.

The limited series introduces the world to some amazing characters – including Bhagavan “Doc” Antle, who helped Spears at the 2001 MTV Video Music Awards. Britney performed her hit single “I’m a Slave 4 U” while holding a seven-foot albino Burmese python around her neck. There was an adult tiger behind her, handled by none other than Antle himself. An image of the singer and Antle has resurfaced and he can clearly be seen during the performance.

Then, at the 2002 MTV Video Music Awards, Britney can be seen sitting next to a woman that looks a lot like Carole Baskin, the owner of Big Cat Rescue. It has not been officially confirmed if the leopard-clad woman sitting next to Spears is Baskin,
