Thompson Blazers 0-and-2 at Mac’s Midget Hockey Tournament

KAMLOOPS — The Thompson Blazers lost 4-2 to the New York Junior Islanders this morning to fall to 0-and-2 at the Mac’s Midget Hockey Tournament in Calgary.

Logan Stankoven scored twice to give the Blazers leads of 1-0 and 2-1.

The Junior Islanders scored three unanswered goals in the third to win.

Three of New Yorks four goals were on the power play.

The Thompson Blazers next game is tomorrow against the Saskatoon Contacts.
