Bebe Rexha Drops, I’m A Mess: Watch Here
Bebe Rexha has dropped her new song “I’m A Mess.” The 28-year-old singer’s electro-pop jam alternates between self-loathing and optimism. While Bebe sings the lyrics “Everything’s gonna be alright,” the chorus quickly switches to self-doubt with lyrics like, “I’m a mess, I’m a loser, I’m a hater, I’m a user.”
Bebe’s debut LP Expectations is set to hit shelves June 22nd. The album also includes her hit collaboration with Florida Georgia Line, “Meant to Be,” which topped Billboard’s Hot Country chart last fall.
Rexha debuted “I’m a Mess” onstage, along with other new songs, on Thursday during a release party for her Apple Music On the Record short film.
Meanwhile, Bebe is the latest cover star for Teen Vogue’s special music issue series. Inside, she opens up about suffering with anxiety since she was a youngster, and admits she often cries and has a therapist to help her deal with the pressures of the “crazy” lifestyle she leads.
