ADELE MAKING A NEW ALBUM?: Adele’s blockbuster album 25 came out in 2015, and now it seems the she is eyeing Christmas 2019 as the release date for her next album. According to The Sun, Adele has returned to the U.K. and plans to spend the summer writing new material. She had a meeting about her new album earlier this month at her record company headquarters, The Sun claims. In addition, the paper claims that Adele has already written a few songs and a number of musicians have “been approached” to work with her.

NIALL HORAN TALKS LIFE AFTER TOUR: Niall Horan has been having a problem focusing on songwriting while on his current world tour with Maren Morris – so he’s planning to take a hiatus when it’s finally over. Speaking to The Sun, Niall said of songwriting, “Nothing has really come yet. When I’m on tour I get into such a routine. And when you’re writing songs, I feel like that needs to be 100 per cent your focus.” He added, “So I’m going to take a couple of months off after the tour, which finishes in September. Then I’ll just write until I’ve got good tunes. I’m not coming back until I do.” But when asked if he’s dating Taylor Swift’s pal Hailee Steinfeld, which has been rumored, Niall dodged the question, saying, “Private life. I’ll keep that one to myself.”

THE SHADOWBOXERS TO OPEN FOR JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE ON SELECT EUROPEAN TOUR DATES: After opening for Justin Timberlake’s Man of the Woods American tour for 30-plus dates this spring, The Shadowboxers will officially be joining Timberlake again as the opening act on select European tour dates. The band will also release a remix of their song “Shadowboxer,” by DJ/Producer Hugel, on Friday in celebration of their continuation with the tour.
