REPORT: T.J. MILLER GRANTED PERMISSION TO TRAVEL: After being charged with issuing a false bomb threat, T.J. Miller is being permitted to travel internationally while out on bond, The Blast reports. One of the conditions of Miller’s release stated that Miller could only travel domestically unless a judge ruled otherwise. “Because defendant is a public figure,” an updated ruling issued Tuesday states, “the Court concludes that disclosure of his specific flights plans would amount to an undue intrusion on his privacy. Accordingly, sealing of defendant’s proposed travel itineraries serves a compelling reason and is narrowly tailored to serve this reason.” Miller allegedly called 911 and reported that a female passenger had “a bomb in her bag.” Upon investigation, no explosives were found and Miller was reportedly severely intoxicated. ROMAN POLANSKI THREATENS SUIT OVER ACADEMY EXPULSION: Roman Polanski‘s attorney is appealing the director’s ouster from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. His lawyer, Harland Braun, is reportedly considering a lawsuit over the expulsion. Braun sent a letter to Academy director John Bailey detailing his legal grounds for a suit. Per Deadline, the letter reads: “I am writing this letter to you to avoid unnecessary litigation. Mr. Polanski has a right to go to court and require your organization to follow its own procedures, as well as California law.”

JANE FONDA HAS ‘CLOSED UP SHOP DOWN THERE’: Nope! Jane Fonda had a revealing chat about her sexual status (or lack thereof) with Extra. “I’m 80. I’ve closed up shop down there.” Fonda is currently promoting new film Book Club, which also stars Diane Keaton, Mary Steenburgen and Candice Bergen, as they experience a sexual reawakening after reading the racy Fifty Shades of Grey.

NIKKI BELLA OPENS UP POST SPLIT: Nikki Bella is opening up about her heartbreak after her split from fianc John Cena, three days after their would-be wedding day passed. “Staying at Brie‘s because you all know why,” Nikki, 34, said in the video posted Tuesday according to People, referring to her twin sister’s home. “I just wanted to say hi to you guys. I know I’ve been MIA, and I’ve kind of been hiding out. But I wanted to reach out to you all and thank you all for your love and support,” she continued. “Can’t tell you how much it meant to me, especially through a really difficult time.” The Dancing With the Stars alum called off her engagement to Cena, 40, three weeks before they were to marry.
