ROB LOWE ADMITS HE DOESN’T SLEEP WITH WIFE: Rob Lowe, 54, and Sheryl Berkoff have been happily married for 27 years, but Lowe admitted Wednesday that he doesn’t like sleeping with her. “I sleep better on the road because I’m not with my wife,” he revealed on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. “People, it’s the truth. I love her enough to speak the truth.” To be fair, his complaints (that she wakes him for help on Family Feud clues) seems legit. “[She] wakes me up like, ‘Honey, honey! In announcing the honor, the CFDA points to her “200 million followers across her social media channels” and states that “she was one of the first to monetize her digital platforms and create a two-way dialogue with her followers.” Kardashian shared her joy on social media with, of course, smiley faces with heart eyes and the caption “OMG OMG OMG.” Kardashian is set to accept the award at a ceremony on June 4th.
RYAN MURPHY TO DONATE ALL PROFITS FROM POSE: LGBTQ charities will get all of the proceeds of super-producer Ryan Murphy‘s new FX show Pose. He made the announcement on Twitter, writing: “I am donating 100 percent of my profits from my new FX show POSE towards trans and LGBTQ charitable organizations. These groups do amazing work and need our support. Every day for the next 14 days I will highlight a group I’m supporting, and encourage you to do the same!”
AMY SCHUMER INTERRUPTS UP-AND-COMERS’ SET: Amy Schumer showed up unannounced at Carolines on Broadway in the hopes of running through her planned Saturday Night Live monologue, but Brendan Sagalow was already on the stage, Page Six reports. “She basically came in and went to the manager and asked if she could get up [on stage]. The manager said Brendan has just gotten up. She asked for 10 minutes and the manager was explaining how he was doing a long set,” a spy told Page Six, to which the comedic actress replied, “But, I’m Amy Schumer!” When she finally got her way, an audience member told Page Six that her set “went well overall.” Schumer is set to host May 12th as part of her promo push for I Feel Pretty.
ANDY COHEN SPILLS ON MET GALA: When asked on What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, the host told all on drunken shenanigans, admitting that he himself was stoned during the Met Gala. “He’s another talk show host, and it’s not Jimmy Fallon,” he told guests Brad Goreski and Winnie Harlow. “I ate a Cheeba Chew [marijuana edible] at dinner and I’ll tell you something, I was feeling no pain.” Cohen added, “After the Met Ball last night, I was busy drunkenly eating hamburgers at a gay bar trying not to get ketchup on my borrowed Dolce & Gabbana.” Asked who the craziest A-lister was, he said: “George Clooney looked like he was having a lot of fun!
TEEN MOM AMBER PORTWOOD SHARES PIC OF NEWBORN: Amber Portwood is introducing her new baby boy on social media. In the photo her 9-year-old daughter Leah holds newborn baby brother James. She wrote: “Big Sis and little James! She was so excited to meet her little brother.” Portwood and boyfriend Andrew Glennon welcomed James on May 8th.
FARRAH FAWCETT’S SON REDMOND O’NEAL ARRESTED FOR ROBBING CONVENIENCE STORE AT KNIFEPOINT: Redmond O’Neal has been arrested for robbing a convenience store and threatening the clerk with a knife on Tuesday in Santa Monica, California. According to Los Angeles Police, the 33-year-old son of the late Farrah Fawcett and Ryan O’Neal walked into the store armed with a knife and demanded the clerk take out the money from the register. Redmond fled the store after the clerk handed him an undisclosed amount of money just before 2:30am before he was arrested nearby when the detectives allegedly found a knife on him. Redmond was arrested on a robbery charge and is being held on $50,000 bail. He is due in court on Thursday when a judge will determine if he will be granted bail or released.
