KAMLOOPS — Court documents have revealed the name of the man charged with Kamloops’ second homicide of 2016.

He is Gordon Paul Camille.

Camille is charged in the killing of 49-year-old Dennis Adolph, whose body was found January 26th at the 4 Seasons Motel in Valleyview.

Kamloops RCMP issued a news release on the weekend stating a 65-year-old man had been arrested and charged with murder, but the release did not include the names of either Camille or Adolph.

Adolph has been identified as the victim via social media posts.

Camille had a court appearance this morning, and his next court appearance is set for February 25th.

RCMP have still said little about the city’s first homicide of 2016, a stabbing death outside a Tranquille Road restaurant on January 22nd.
