TRU announces honorary degree recipients

KAMLOOPS — Thompson Rivers University has announced the three people who will receive honorary degrees at convocation ceremonies this summer.

They include arbitrator Vince Ready renowned for bringing employers and labour organizations together through countless mediation sessions.

In addition to Ready, Bob Lenarduzzi will also receive a Doctor of Laws.

Lenarduzzi is iconic in the national soccer community, from his playing career to his work building the Vancouver Whitecaps organization.
