Ashlee + Evan: Reality Show

It’s been 10 years since Ashlee Simpson released her last album and she’s finally ready to put out new music – this time with husband Evan Ross – son of pop icon Diana Ross – by her side.

The two debuted their new E! reality show, Ashlee + Evan, this Sunday, which documents the making of their upcoming duets album. Their first single, a soft love song called “I Do,” is out now.

Ashlee’s no stranger to the world of reality TV. She documented the making of her first album, Autobiography, with The Ashlee Simpson Show on MTV back in 2004. She also learned the perils of live TV from her SNL lip-syncing fail that year as well.

On the premiere episode of Ashlee + Evan, we got an update on the Melrose Place alum’s life as she had previously taken a step back from stardom to raise her two kids, Jagger Snow Ross and Bronx Mowgli Wentz.
