Vince Vaughn Charged

Vince Vaughn is now facing criminal charges stemming from his DUI arrest earlier this year.

The actor was hit with three charges last week: driving under the influence, driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 or higher, and disobeying a peace officer.

In June, Vaughn was stopped at a DUI checkpoint by the Manhattan Beach Police Department – where he was arrested and charged with driving under the influence. His bail was set at $5,000 and he was released a short time later.

Best known for his role in Swingers, he recently appeared in the film, Brawl in Cell Block 99. He is scheduled to be arraigned today. (Monday)
