Amazon Accidentally Streams Jason Statham’s ‘Mutiny’ Days Before Theatrical Release

Jason Statham’s upcoming action thriller Mutiny briefly appeared on Amazon Prime Video in full, days before its scheduled August 21st theatrical release. The film, which centers on a billionaire’s murder, was live long enough for at least one viewer to watch it entirely. Amazon has since removed it, and the film does not appear to have spread further. The movie’s Prime Video listing was fully populated with cast details, a thumbnail, and a synopsis — suggesting a premature upload rather than a deliberate release. The most likely explanation is an accidental early posting of a file stored ahead of a future Lionsgate+ streaming release. Amazon has not yet commented.
