Hayden Panettiere Autopsy Reveals No Signs of Trauma, Cause Of Death Still Pending

The Greenville County Coroner’s Office completed an autopsy on actress Hayden Panettiere yesterday. “No signs of trauma were discovered that would have contributed to the death,” the office stated, adding that cause of death remains pending further investigation. A friend called 911 at 1:50 p.m. Sunday reporting an unresponsive Panettiere. Dispatch audio captured medics referencing “overdose” and “cardiac arrest.” Paramedics attempted advanced cardiac life support but pronounced her deceased at the scene.
