Kylie Jenner Faces Lawsuit Discrimination From Ex-Housekeepers
Former live-in housekeeper Angelica Vasquez has filed a lawsuit against Kylie Jenner in Los Angeles, alleging religious and racial discrimination at the reality star’s home. The 28-year-old is accused of failing to address harassment by other staff members. Vasquez claims she was “belittled and humiliated in front of coworkers” for her race, Salvadoran nationality, and Catholic beliefs during her employment from September 2024 until August 2025. The lawsuit states she faced “ongoing harassment, discrimination, retaliation and unlawful working conditions” from head housekeeper Patsy and another employee named Elsi. Vasquez alleges one supervisor threw hangers at her feet after she complained. She resigned after developing “anxiety, severe stress, and symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder.” The suit seeks damages for unpaid wages, emotional distress, and punitive damages.
