‘Reacher’ Star Alan Ritchson To Host Netflix Survival Competition Series

Alan Ritchson has partnered with Netflix for a new survival competition show featuring high-profile influencers and headline-makers. The Reacher star will guide participants through challenges that test their resilience and grit in harsh conditions. According to the logline, contestants will be stripped of modern comforts and must rely on instincts, determination and teamwork to outlast competitors while discovering their true selves without fame and followers. Jay Bienstock, known for Survivor and 13: Fear Is Real, serves as executive producer. The untitled series joins Netflix’s growing roster of survival shows including Outlast, Snowflake Mountain and Surviving Paradise.
