NBCUniversal cancelled three syndicated series on Friday, including the entertainment news show Access Hollywood, which has been airing nationally since September of 1996. The daytime talk series Karamo and The Steve Wilkos Show were also ended. Frances Berwick, chairman of Bravo and Peacock unscripted content, announced the network is restructuring its first-run syndication division to match local station programming demands. The canceled programs will continue broadcasting through summer months. This follows recent cancellations of The Kelly Clarkson Show and Sherri, while The Drew Barrymore Show secured a two-season renewal.
