Hayden Panettiere Boyfriend Brian Hickerson Handcuffed After Bar Altercation

Brian Hickerson, boyfriend of the late actress Hayden Panettiere, was handcuffed by Greenville, South Carolina police following a Saturday night altercation at Wild Wing Cafe. Hickerson had been drinking for hours with his brother Zach before throwing a bar stool. Video obtained by TMZ shows Hickerson being lifted and carried out of the restaurant amid an argument with other patrons. Officers responded to an assault report, finding both brothers in an altercation outside. While handcuffed, Hickerson yelled, “GPD leaked it when my girlfriend died.” Zach was arrested for disorderly conduct due to intoxication; Brian was released without charges. Zach previously discovered Panettiere’s body on August 16 at a Greenville apartment. The DEA has since launched an investigation into her death.
