Justin Timberlake DWI Arrest Bodycam Footage Released After Failed Legal Challenge
Bodycam footage from Justin Timberlake’s DWI arrest in June 2024 was released on Friday after a judge denied his legal attempt to block it. It shows officers pulling over the singer for weaving across lanes and failing to stop at a sign. When asked what he was doing, Timberlake responds: “I’m on a world tour. Hard to explain. A world tour. I’m Justin Timberlake.” During field sobriety tests, he admits “I’m a little nervous” and “these are really hard tests”while seemingly struggling to walk straight. Timberlake had sued Sag Harbor Village in March, claiming release would cause “severe and irreparable harm” to his reputation. However, his attorneys acknowledged the footage “did not constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.” Timberlake was arrested after police noted his “bloodshot” and “glassy” eyes. He ultimately pleaded guilty to reduced charges, agreeing to a fine and community service. (Story URL)
