Matt Dillon will headline and executive produce MGM+’s new eight-episode drama The Magnificent Seven. The series reimagines the 1960 Western classic. Dillon plays Chris Adams, leader of seven gunslingers defending a peaceful Quaker village from a ruthless land baron in the 1880s American frontier. Production begins in June 2026 in Calgary.
