Savannah Guthrie Increases Reward For Missing Mother To $1 Million
Today show anchor Savannah Guthrie has raised the reward for information about her missing mother Nancy to $1 million, 24 days after her disappearance. Nancy vanished February 1st from her Arizona home, prompting the Pima County Sheriff’s Department to declare it a crime after discovering “concerning” evidence. The FBI previously offered rewards of $100,000, then $200,000. In her latest video plea, Guthrie acknowledged her mother “may already be gone” but stated “we still believe in a miracle.” She described the experience as “agony” while asking supporters to continue praying. The FBI identified one suspect caught on security footage attempting to break into Nancy’s residence—described as an average-build male wearing a black Ozark Trail backpack. Guthrie has released multiple Instagram videos since the disappearance, appealing to potential abductors and requesting public assistance.
