Construction at former Northbridge Hotel site in Kamloops expected to begin in early 2026
KAMLOOPS — Construction on an 85-unit housing development at the site of the former Northbridge Hotel in Kamloops is expected to begin next year, if the provincial government provides the approvals needed so shovels can hit the ground.
That’s according to an update provided to Kamloops city council at its meeting last Tuesday (Oct. 21).
The six-storey, mixed-use building on city-owned land at 377 Tranquille Road will be developed by ARPA Investments. It is expected to feature 7,600 square feet of ground floor commercial space and a mix of studio (30), one- (25), two- (10) and three-bedroom (20) units on the other five floors.
