Snowfall warning in place for North Thompson, Shuswap, and Okanagan regions

KAMLOOPS — A snowfall warning has been issued for the North Thompson, Shuswap, and Okanagan areas ahead of Saturday evening (Feb. 10).

Environment Canada says snowfall amounts of 10 to 15 cm is expected tonight until Sunday afternoon.

Snow is forecast to begin falling near midnight, with the heaviest snow period expected early Sunday morning.

People planning to head out on area highways are advised to adjust driving to changing road conditions.
